Pool Cleaning Service Hours Memo

TO: The Isles at
Waterway Village Membership
FROM: Keith Parenteau, LCAM Capital Realty Advisors,
Inc.

RE: Service Hours for Club House Pool
In order to keep the condition of the pool at The Isles at Waterway in
pristine condition for the daily use by the membership, I have contacted the pool
maintenance contractor and requested, along with the scheduled three (3) day a
week maintenance of the pool, to also vacuum the entire pool on all three (3) scheduled
days.
To allow pool access by the pool maintenance contractor, the pool will be closed to swimming from 7:00
AM to 8:30 AM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This time will enable the
pool to be cleaned properly on every scheduled day keeping the pool water at
the expected quality.

The Social Committee Meeting Notice

We need volunteers to help with ticket
sales for the August 18th Cocktail Party;
set-up and clean-up and other
Committee activities.
All residents are invited to attend.

4th of July Party
We hope everyone who is still here in Waterway Village will join us for a Fourth of July Picnic Lunch on Wednesday, July 4th at 1:00 PM in the Clubhouse. TICKETS ARE ONLY $10.00 PER PERSON. We have to limit this one to the first 72 RESIDENTS to PAY. We will keep a WAITLIST for all other Residents and/or Non-resident Guests. If we do not make the 72 count, we will include those on the Waitlist!
We will be getting the food from SONNY’S BAR-B-Q!! The menu will include Sliced Beef; Smoked Turkey; Cole Slaw; Bar-B-Q Baked Beans; Macaroni Salad; Bread and Butter; and Dessert. We will also have Iced Tea; Lemonade; and Water. BYOB for anything else! We’ll have a 50/50 Raffle, too!
And, because we’re starting at 1:00 PM, there will still be plenty of time to attend parades; stop by other parties and barbecues; and end the day watching the fireworks from your favorite viewing point!! So, there is no excuse for missing this party!! (Plus, you don’t have to cook!)
Please see the attached flyer for dates and times of ticket sales. We will begin selling them TOMORROW, WEDNESDAY, JUNE 20th from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. DON’T BE LEFT OUT!!
