| Hello. My wife, Debbie and I live in Toledo, Ohio: Sylvania TWP. We visited Waterway May 2009, and were really impressed with the layout, amendities and especialy how frienly the residents were. We want to relocate to Florida, and really like Waterway.
We received info from our realtor about property at 5297 Eleuthra Circle, I understand is in foreclosure. Can anyone share info, regards to location, behind tennis courts, etc. Thanks.Doug/Debbie Wilbur |

| We are expected to close on our house in March. Looking forward to spending our winters in Vero instead of cold blustery New York. Also, looking forward to meeting new friends in Vero. |

Just want to say that out of all the people I have met here in Waterway Village so far, you are all nice, warm, and very friendly. I feel proud being an owner here, even though I'm not here all year round. Now it's back to Toronto, and hope to see you soon, perhaps for Christmas.
