* TRIM THE TREE COCKTAIL PARTY - NOVEMBER 28TH 2010

CALLING ALL ARTISTS AND CRAFTS PEOPLE
There are still spaces for more artists and crafts people for our big show on November 14, 2010 in our clubhouse.  It is a great opportunity to meet new people, share your work, and perhaps offer your work for sale if you wish.

We have a potter, t-shirt designer, oil painters, watercolorists, and photographers.  We would love quilters, jewelry makers, woodworkers, etc.  Don’t be shy!!!!  Please call Hector at 772 299-5789 or Linda at 772 564-0303.

If anyone has any art/craft he or she can do on premises, that would be a fun addition to this show’s activities.

* SPANISH CLASS
Meets every Wednesday at 7-8 PM in the clubhouse except days when Neighborhood Watch meets.
PLEASE CALL SANDY LIPPE, 226-5850 TO  CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE OR IF YOU HAVE  QUESTIONS.
ALL LESSONS ARE NUMBERED AND  PRINTED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS.
THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THE CLASS.  DON’T BE SHY.  YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO SPEAK SPANISH

* To All,
I checked on the signs that were recently installed around the Wetland/eaglenest and they part of our permit with the St. Johns Water ManagementDistrict. Attached is a page from our plans that show what the signs looklike. You can read some of the detail as well. We had our engineer ofrecord contact the District to see if anything could be changed butunfortunately it cannot. Here is a brief summary from the districtregarding the signs.

The intent of the conservation easement signs is to notify the residents,public and maintenance personnel of exactly where the legal boundary of theconservation easement is located and where the land use activities arerestricted per the language of the recorded conservation easement. It isnot appropriate to place conservation easement boundary signs in a locationother than the boundary. The signs should not interfere with landscapemaintenance as mowing is strictly prohibited within the conservationeasement. The signs need to be placed as shown on plan sheet W 1 of 8regardless of whether the conservation easement boundary is above or belowthe water elevations of the pond. Any signs removed by residents will needto be replaced by the compliance entity.The location and number of conservation easement boundary signs are notsomething that can be modified.

Thanks Gaynam
